Full and partial restorations
Not every restoration is the same, and not every car needs everything. We carry out both full and partial restorations, matched to what your car actually needs and what you want to achieve.
A full restoration is the complete job — a car taken back, put right throughout, and returned to its best across bodywork, paint, mechanicals and finish. It is the right approach for a car that needs comprehensive work, or for an owner who wants their classic returned to its former glory properly and thoroughly.
A partial restoration focuses on the areas that need attention while leaving sound parts of the car alone. Sometimes a classic needs its bodywork and paint attending to but is mechanically fine, or the reverse. A partial restoration puts right what needs it without the cost of work the car does not require. We will give you an honest view of which approach makes sense for your car.

Bodywork and rust repair. Rust is the classic car’s oldest enemy of course, and it has to be dealt with properly — cut out and replaced with sound, welded metal, not hidden under filler. We repair bodywork and structure the right way, so the repair lasts and the car is sound.
Respray and paintwork. A proper respray is about the preparation as much as the paint. We prepare bodywork correctly and finish it to a high standard, so your classic looks stunning and stays that way.
Mechanical work. A restored classic should drive as well as it looks. We carry out the mechanical work a restoration needs to make the car reliable and a pleasure to use.
Parts sourcing. Finding the right parts for an older car is a challenge in itself. Our experience and networks mean we can source what your car needs, whether that be genuine, reconditioned or quality reproduction parts, without you spending months hunting.
